Why does DVDPawn.com provide a shipping reimbursement when they receive my games as opposed to providing customers with a prepaid or business reply label upfront?
By providing a monetary refund of your shipping charges rather than paying for them upfront, we allow you, the customer, to maintain control of the delivery mechanism as well as your security. Using a prepaid or business reply label from us would prevent you from tracking or insuring your items as well as restricting you to using the post office rather than giving you the choice of the USPS or other third-party shippers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
